Privacy & account information

About Our Faith stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, social-provider identifiers, event reservations, contact messages and confirmed newsletter subscriptions in its SQL Server database. We do not store social-provider passwords or retain their access tokens.

Sign-in and cookies

Essential cookies keep your session secure and protect forms. Social sign-in sends you to your chosen provider and returns an account identifier and, when available, your name and email. These buttons are enabled only when the provider is configured.

Questions and voice

If enabled, Ask Our Faith sends your question and recent conversation to the configured AI service, using source-restricted web search. The application keeps recent questions in your server session and requests that the AI response not be stored. The provider’s own processing and retention rules still apply. Microphone and spoken-answer features may use your browser’s speech service.

Contact and deletion

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, or call 618-654-9049. An administrator will review your request. Reservation records may need to be retained for event administration. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this application.
